Aly Boltman, BFA, ISA is an accredited member of the renowned International Society of Appraisers. Ms. Boltman specializes in preparing professional, ethical and legally binding appraisals for a variety of functions including:

Estate Tax Liability, Insurance, Equitable Distribution including Divorce, Casualty Claims, Buying/Selling (market value appraisals) and Donations (including Canadian Cultural Properties Donations).

Ms. Boltman is also one of only approximately 25 ISA accredited appraisers in Ontario , and is the only ISA appraiser located in and serving Grey-Bruce Counties, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, The Town of the Blue Mountains, and many other regions of south western Ontario.
